Fried Kueytiaw - Malaysian Street Stir Fry Food

Malaysian staple food is rice. However, my other favourites are those that are made off rice flour such as bihun and kueytiaw. Today I’m making fried kueytiaw for dinner. Something light, not that simple because it involves frying. And that means I have a wok to clean after.

Here is the list of items to prepare for making Fried Kueytiaw. Most recipe adds Taugeh in this meal, but I don’t like taugeh, so we are gonna have it taugeh free!! Yay!! 💓

And for sesame oil, please take it out from the recipe if you have an allergy reaction to it.

The idea is to keep it frying as you toss each of them in the frying pan, keep frying 🔥 and stirring. Make sure nothing sticks to the wok 😉
